R.J. Blasting have been working in partnership with Explosive Developments Ltd (EDL) for 12 Years. This pairing of companies has allowed R.J Blasting to remain extremely competitive in all contracts we pursue. 

We can supply everything from Bulk emulsion (delivered from our fleet of 10 6x6 custom designed pump trucks) to explosive accessories including Detonators, Connectors and Primers. We also supply packaged explosives and Bulk ANFO. 

All deliveries and pump trucks are GPRS Globally Tracked and COMMISSION DIRECTIVE 2008/43/EC compliant with the use of Track and Trace for high levels of security at all points in the supply chain.

We are proud to be the only company in the UK operating 6-wheel drive MEMU trucks, which are purpose-built for challenging terrain and remote locations. Our drivers are fully trained in off-road driving techniques, giving them the skills and confidence to navigate steep and uneven sites safely.

Each MEMU is equipped with 60-metre delivery hoses, which allow us to access shotholes located above truck height or difficult to reach areas without compromising safety or efficiency. Our trucks are capable of safely pumping product up quarry faces using the full length of the hose, even where ramps or direct vehicle access are unsuitable which limits the amount of personnel on the working quarry face. For sites located far from our bases, we can double-man our trucks to ensure that all journeys remain fully compliant with tachograph regulations and driver working time laws.
